The Australian Cypress
Pine (Callitris) seems
to be the new
“discovery” in patio and
tub plants. Callitris is
a species of Evergreen
plants found in
Australia. They make
wonderful lawn plants
for warmer zones, and
some have medicinal
qualities.
Cultural Note: Seed does
not require
stratification,
germinating at any time
of the year if it
becomes moist. Sow in
early spring in a
greenhouse. When large
enough to handle, prick
the seedlings out into
individual pots and grow
them on in the
greenhouse for at least
their first winter,
planting them out into
their permanent
positions in late spring
or early summer, after
the last expected
frosts.

Hi
I
have to tell you
your wonderful
fungicide saved a
whole host of our
cypress trees which
had canker and we
were told wouldn't
survive.
Thanks
