During the day algae take up carbon dioxide and release
oxygen into the water column through
photosynthesis. This can cause DO levels to increase. During
the night, algae take up oxygen and release carbon dioxide
into the water column.This
can cause DO levels to decrease. Algae, suspended below the
surface, cannot photosynthesize and, as a result, they
decompose. The decomposition process consumes dissolved
oxygen, and, as a result, DO levels in the water column can
decrease.
Typically, algae
growth, odor emissions and sludge buildup, in lakes, ponds,
waste water, etc., result from a biological imbalance caused by an
oxygen deficiency that promotes the growth and proliferation of
anaerobic bacteria. Just as
beneficial aerobic microbes will not thrive in an oxygen
deficient environment, harmful anaerobic microbes will not
thrive in an oxygen rich environment. The solution is to
modify the bio-environment by inducing the continuous
release of oxygen.
CB-FBM is
formulated to release oxygen that supports beneficial
aerobic bacteria and breaks down sludge in lakes, ponds and
wastewater systems.

APPLICATION
Lakes and Ponds: Apply 5 to 10 PPM once
every 2 to 4 weeks until desired conditions are attained.
For maintenance, apply 2 to 5 PPM every 4 weeks. Ideal
method of application is to dilute product in a sprayer
filled with pond water and evenly spray this solution over
the top of the water.
Wastewater and Sludge Treatment:
Spray or inject at a rate of 3 to 10 PPM once every 2 to 4
weeks.
APPLICATION METHODS
Injection: Inject early in the process system, at the
lift station or downstream from any chemical treatments of
wastewater or sludge.
Spray: Dilute in pond water at the
appropriate rate and evenly spray the surface of the pond or
lagoon.

SAFETY
The materials used in the production of CB-FBM are derived
from naturally occurring and sustainable sources. CB-FBM is
non-caustic, non-corrosive, non-flammable and
environmentally safe. It is not harmful to
animals, plants and humans.

Fully complies with EPA Toxic Substance
Control Act (TSCA) and the rules, orders and regulations
promulgated there under including:
a) Sections 4, 5, 6 & 7; Title 40 Chapter 1, 707.20 thru
707.75;
b) 40 CFR Sections 704.3. 710.2(e) and 720.3(c); and
c) Sections 5 and 13, reference 42FR64583
d) Does not contain marine
pollutants as defined in 49 CFR 171.8.
STORAGE
& HANDLING:
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep
product in original container. Do not transfer into food or
drink containers. Rinse and empty container for recycling.
Always dispose of containers in accordance with local, state
and/or federal regulations.
